How to Initiate a Return
Start the return process by contacting our customer service team at fotoseleb@yeah.net or calling 701-218-1599.
Return Eligibility & Requirements
- Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free of perfume or makeup residue.
- Tags: All original tags (including Fotoseleb hangtags) must remain attached.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked "FINAL SALE" are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Footwear: Returns must include the original shoebox in undamaged condition (no shipping labels attached).
- Handbags: Items sold with dust bags or packaging must be returned with all original accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal care tools, cosmetics (including self-tanners), and swimwear without intact hygiene stickers cannot be returned.
Shipping & Processing Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
